Returns

We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases from Handling & Lifting. Please take note of the following guidelines for returns:

• All purchased items must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
• To initiate a return, please contact us, and we will provide you with the appropriate returns address.
• All returns must be confirmed and approved by us before sending the items back.
• You need to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code from us prior to returning the item(s).
• Returns or cancellations of products are subject to a handling fee, ranging from 15% to a maximum of 50% of the original product price (excluding shipping), unless the item is made to order (please refer to conditions regarding made to order goods).
  
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of faulty goods.
• We must charge a 15-50% handling fee (depending on the product group) for all non-faulty goods returned, as this fee is incurred by us from our suppliers, and we do not make any profit on these fees. The same applies to spare parts, which are also subject to a 50% return/restocking fee.
• Faulty goods can be returned for repair, replacement, or a full refund if the repair or replacement is unsuccessful.
• Custom-built goods or products made to order, may be subject to a return/restocking fee of up to 100%.
• We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items if they were incorrectly ordered by the customer. However, if we supply the incorrect items, we are more than happy to replace them.
• Please note that returned goods must be in their original packaging and in an unused and unmarked condition. We cannot accept goods that have been used or removed from their original packaging. If we suspect that goods have been used, our management will assess the condition of the items and consult the manufacturers to decide.
