General Description/Why use this product?
The Camlok TTR Girder Grab for Vertical Transport lends itself to horizontal stacking and transport of girders. These are ideal for use by steel stockholders and steel fabricators.
Once offered up to the vertical flange of the girder, they are locked in place by the jaw locking lever.
In addition, The design allows the clamp to be used individually, however for longer girders they should be used in pairs in conjunction with a spreader beam.
Function/How it works
The jaw on the grabs is opened and closed with the locking lever. The built in safety lock spring loads the cam jaw, preventing the grab from opening, even when there is no load on the jaw.
